Our coil grab is entering a new round: Having been successfully revised, it now combines the best qualities, safe, smart and made upon your requirements. The new, more modular design enables configuration upon customer’s requirements and at the same time offers to be retro- and refitted with our service system PFEIFER P-Plus. Already now, important data relevant for users and maintenance can be read from the device directly. For example, our new innovative weight collection gathering the number of load cycles under consideration of the actual load and thus optimising the service life of your devices.
We reduce the number of our standard grabs! Thanks to large gripping ranges, we cover the whole range of coil weights and coil inner diameters available on the market by the new standard design of our wire coil grabs. They are sturdy and made of highly wear-resistant special structural steel. The linearly guided gripping legs and the generous depth of immersion forgive out-of-centre positioning and ensure centring before the cams engage and thus increase operator’s safety.
Coil hooks with automatic counterweight are the perfect solution when cranes reach their limits when lifting coils horizontally. They are lighter than comparable designs with rigid counterweight. Thanks to the integrated gas-compression spring two positions can be driven automatically: the blank state and the loaded state. The horizontal position of the prong is automatically defined by the gas-compression spring.
